Gates new Barracuda and Dolphin water transfer hoses are designed to withstand the roughest work and handling conditions, including abrasion and weathering.

The hoses are ideal for construction, ag, mining and waste management applications. Typical uses include pumps, tanks, irrigation systems and water hauling equipment.

Barracuda is a 150psi, water suction and discharge hose. Dolphin is rated at 150 or 125psi for water discharge service.

The hose tube and cover of each hose is made of EPDM, which allows them to handle a wide variety of liquids. The synthetic high tensile strength textile with wire helix gives the Barracuda an extra reinforcement.

Other user benefits include ozone and UV-light resistance. Both hoses with stand temperatures of -40°F to +180°F depending on the specific liquid conveyed.

Barracuda is available in seven I.D. sizes, 1-1/4 to 6 inches.

Dolphin comes in six I.D. sizes, 1-1/4 to 4 inches and one, 6-inch I.D. size.
